#238: Unique Ukrainian Meal

Polina Movchan is a Stony Brook Women’s Tennis player and native of Ukraine. The food at Stony Brook University often does not reflect some of her favorite food, so she casually brought it up in conversation one day and Campus Dining listened. The chef’s and staff of Campus Dining worked hard to prepare a special tasting to see if this food would be something that will potentially expand.
