#161: Mindfullness Meditation

Avalon, a psychology major, thinks that “Mindfulness Meditation groups offered free at CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) really help with stress management. The CAPS website has tons of information and resources, be sure to check it out or visit CAPS in person on the second floor of the Student Health Services building (located across from H-Quad right near the stadium).
