#66: The Staller Center

A student told us that the Staller Center is awesome because it is “a nice building with a great view” and “everything is about art.” The Staller Center features main stage productions that feature great music, dance, and acting talent. In addition, the Staller Center shows films, plays host to the Stony Brook Film Festival, and is home to many student recitals and productions. Additionally, there are classrooms, practice rooms, departments, a music SINC site, and a student art gallery all under one roof! Staller really is the hub for all things arts on Stony Brook’s campus. Whether you are a student, a faculty member or a staff member, it is definitely worth checking out some of the great entertainment. Students get discounted tickets and rush tickets are often offered 15 minutes before the show starts and are usually only around $7!
